Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jordanphotography.co.za.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including all print orders and personalised items, as these are made to order. We are committed to quality, but due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@jordanphotography.co.za.
